Sankt Anton am Arlberg is a village and ski resort in the Tyrolean Alps, with aerial tramways and chairlifts up to 2,800 m (9,200 ft), yielding a vertical drop of 1,500 m (5,000 ft). It is also a popular summer resort among trekkers and mountaineers. Sankt Anton is frequently listed as one of the world's top skiing resorts both in terms of skiing available and après-ski entertainment. Lech is best known for its skiing (both on-piste and off-piste). It is well connected via lifts and groomed pistes with the neighbouring villages of Zürs, St Christof, St. Anton, Stuben, Warth and Schröcken. Lech is the starting and finishing point for "Der Weisse Ring" ("The White Ring"), a circle of runs and lifts that is a popular tour. Lech is a popular holiday destination for Royal families and celebrities.

The village of St. Christof is at higher elevation and smaller than St. Anton and Lech. It offers less apres-ski options but faster access to slopes and more intimate setting. The lifts are all inter-connected, anyway.

The Bregenzer Ache is the main river of the Bregenz Forest. It is a popular kayaking destination.

Flexen Pass is a high mountain pass in the Austrian Alps in the Bundesland of Vorarlberg. It connects the upper Lech River valley between Warth, Lech, and Zürs with the Klostertal near Stuben.
