Marbella is one of the Mediterranean's most representative tourist venues and a top favorite for travellers. What was once a small white village of fishermen is now one of the most cosmopolitan beach resorts on the Costa del Sol in Spain.

It is one of a number of villages along the Costa del Sol that has grown up with and due to tourism. There is 8km long sandy beach, a Moorish castle, aqua parks and many other points of interest.

A Moorish castle built in the 11th century on a hill in the middle of Malaga, this old fort is the best-preserved of its kind in Spain. Upon entering you'll climb up past the ramparts offering excellent views of the city and lush gardens to a small Moorish palace at the top which holds a number of artifacts from excavations on the site.

Nerja is the most appealing resort town on the coast. The town is situated on a fairly steep hill. It has several small beaches set in coves beneath cliffs. The Balcón de Europa gives stunning views across the sea, is in the centre of the old town.

Caves of Nerja are one of Spain's major tourist attractions. The caves contain the widest naturally-formed column in the world, at 32m high and 13x7m at its base, formed by the merging of a stalagmite and stalactite. The caves also host the annual Nerja Festival of Music and Dance.

Nice museum in maestro´s hometown, Malaga. The collection ranges from early academic studies to cubism to his late re-workings of Old Masters. Housed in The Buenavista Palace, originally built in the 16th century, and 18 houses from the old Jewish quarter.
