Land's End is a narrow piece of land that projects from a coastline into the sea. Land’s End is as west as you can go within the main English island. While standing on the shore of Land’s End there is a group of rocky islets that can be seen, the groups name is Longships, and each Rock has a name.

The Lizard peninsula is the most southerly point of the British mainland. The Lizard's coast is particularly hazardous to shipping and the seaways round the peninsula were historically known as the "Graveyard of Ships". The Lizard lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Pendennis Castle is one of Henry VIII's Device Forts, or Henrician castle, in the English county of Cornwall. It was built between 1539 - 1545 for King Henry VIII to guard the entrance to the River Fal on its west bank, near Falmouth.
