    This uninhabited island is famous for Maya Bay - the beach where "The Beach" movie was shot, visited daily by boatloads of tourists. The Phaya Naak cave is also located here, with prehistoric paintings and black swiftlets that make edible birds' nests highly prized by Chinese gourmets.

    How to get there

    There is no airport on the islands. Fly to Phuket or Krabi international airports, then take a speed boat or ferry (1.5 hr to 3 hr)
