• Komodo Dragons
  

  
  Few visitors come to Komodo National Park without witnessing its most famous inhabitant: the Komodo dragon. Komodo dragons are only found on the islands of Komodo, Rinca, Gili Motang and Nusa Kode in the Park, with another population in a small part of northern and western Flores.
  
  

• Diving
  

  
  Starkly beautiful islands, dragons, volcanoes, azure waters, luscious reefs, and a huge and healthy biodiversity of underwater critters make diving the Komodo area of Indonesia a truly unforgettable experience.
  
  

• Kayaking
  

  
  Many of the islands in the chain are either inaccessible to large boats or difficult to access. However with a sea kayak, you can travel anywhere you like. Into small grottos and bays, around rocky points and slowly above shallow reefs brimming with fish.
  
  

• Trekking
  

  
  Longer treks into the interior of the islands can be arranged and habituated dragons can be observed in the immediate surrounds of the concession areas.
  
  

• Wildlife
  

  
  Keep in mind that there are also wild pigs, monkeys, horses and wild Rusa deer on Pulau Rinca, one of the two largest islands in the park.
  
  

• Night
  

  
  If you return by sea at night, you can also see legions of flying foxes (fruit bats whose wing span may exceed 4 feet) flying in the twilight sky. At night on the Flores Sea, you also have a magnificent view of the stars.
  
  

• Loh Buaya
  

  
  After a hot sweaty hike up the hill on the island of Loh Buaya, in Komodo National Park, one is rewarded with this beautiful view.
  
  

• Pink Beaches
  

  
  The superb beaches and the unspoilt corals. Komodo National Park has some of the most beautiful deserted pink beaches in the world!
